General Sales Conditions

Applicable to sales and repairs

All invoices are to be paid net to H.F. Electronics BV, without rebate unless agreed differently at the time of ordering. Payment terms are mentioned on the invoice.

Overdue invoices will automatically and without previous notice of default be subject to interest charges at an annual rate of 12% from the day after the due date and increased by a fixed amount equivalent to 20% of the amount due.

All delivered goods remain the property of H.F. Electronics BV until paid for in full. In the event of non-payment, H.F. Electronics BV reserves the right to reclaim the goods by operation of law at the customer's expense.

Returns will not be accepted for goods ordered at the customer's specific request or made to measure.

H.F. Electronics BV cannot be held responible for the use of transceivers/receivers by the customer. The customer bears responsibility for the conformity of licenses required for purchased devices.

All goods, including carriage paid goods, are sent at the risk of the customer. Complaints should be addressed to H.F. Electronics BV in writing within eight days after delivery.

Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Antwerp (Antwerpen), Belgium.
